Advisory Services

AI on the Field's advisory services are delivered in collaboration with Fabio Lalli and the ZeroFive.AI / Protot.ai methodology.

The monitoring and analysis work AI on the Field carries out across the entire sport value chain — through published issues and the Football Observatory — becomes the starting point for a structured path: from measuring AI maturity to putting agents and automations into production, with risk gates active from day one.

01

Sport AI Rating Assessment

Measure your club, league or federation's AI maturity across 4 dimensions.

Structured assessment across Readiness, Delivery, Risk and Confidence, with a rating class and a 30-60-90 day operational roadmap. Output is a board-ready report to guide investment decisions. ZeroFive.AI methodology applied to the sport context, building on the dataset and criteria already used in the Football Observatory.
